DESCRIPTION:

Seeking a talented and experienced HCM Lead to join the team and work remotely from Canada, full-time.

You responsibility will include the successful implementation and ongoing maintenance/support of Workday HCM Modules for our clients.

You will lead a team of consultants, work closely with stakeholders and ensure the successful delivery of quality solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 5 years of experience with Workday HCM implementation and support
  • Strong knowledge of Workday HCM functionality and best practices
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Workday HCM certification is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Experience working in a consulting environment is a plus
