Our client, a major co-sell management network that puts a jet pack on companies to power-up and scale revenue growth, is looking for a Principal Senior Consultant to join their high performing team to work remotely, full time, from the US or Canada.

An industry pioneer in Ecosystem Business management, they power some of the most powerful in tech and communications today – managing a $50bn joint pipeline. Their customers are some of the most well known tech companies on the planet.

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Execute projects for customers including new projects, enhancements and expansions at existing customers. The projects will span across all of our solutions including Enterprise, Ecosystem, Marketplace, and Hyperscaler editions.
  • Learn our platform, data model, business processes, prescriptive packages, and implementation methodology to become a subject matter expert in our domain and products.
  • Configure the data model, templates, integration setups, and reports for implementations. Provide guidance to the project team.
  • Lead the project team including business solution analysts, solution architects and implementers. The Principal consultant will be the single point of contact between the customer, our team and other parties for all project related topics.
  • Ensure project requirements are understood by resources and delivered on time and in accordance with customer expectations and statement of work (SOW)
  • Manage project resources, track progress via KPIs and escalate as required
  • Keep customers within project scope and on-task
  • Estimate and document project requirements for SOWs and change requests
  • Follow our implementation methodology to execute projects in a repeatable manner, taking ownership of improving the methodology to reduce implementation time for future projects.
  • Collaborate with internal product, engineering, sales and support teams on customer needs, product features and issues spanning across time zones.
  • Lead and manage customer meetings including Exec / Steer-co review etc

Skills

  • 10+ Years of professional services experience in any market leading CRM, ERP or enterprise / B2B applications. Must have experience in implementing at least one end to end business process flow.
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
  • Exposure working directly with the customers on project execution that includes conducting CRP, SIT, UAT kind of test cycles, status reporting, cutover/go live tasks.
  • Good techno-functional or business process knowledge on the applications worked on
  • Familiar with data conversion/migration process from legacy to new system
  • Good communication skills and exposure interacting with the customers precisely based on product capabilities.
  • Familiar with MS Office products (Excel, PPT, Word) / Google sheets
  • Experience in integration Middleware like Webmethods / MS Power Automate will be an added advantage. Experience in any programming language (python, Java, Shell Scripting, PL/SQL) in the past would be an added advantage. Knowledge of Salesforce will be an added advantage.
This is a full time, permanent position with competitive base salary, annual bonus + equity
